The goal of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is the
reduction of poverty, the revitalization of low-income communities
and the empowerment of low-income families and individuals to become
fully self-sufficient.


Who is eligible for Community Services Block Grant?

In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must characterize
your financial situation as either low income, or as very low income.
