NEEDED FOR THE
ENVIRONMENT
POLITICAL REORGANIZATION
The world governments need to be reorganized
to be more efficient. In most government, those
responsible for managing the natural resources and
protecting the environment are separated from those
responsible for managing the economy. There is one
department that deals with the environmental issues,
one with agriculture, another with industry and yet
another with energy. To make things worst, each of
these government department, spends much of its time
dealing with paperwork, and keeping up with changes
in code and regulations. These codes and regulations
change from local area to local area, from state to
state to say nothing of country to country. When on
the global scale, there are needs in determing many
demands. Think of people in one area who starve,
while in another area there is a surpluse. But due
mostly to red tape and lack of communication, the
two, can not get together and both benefit.
