African eyes and learn to appreciate the view.
6. Become aware of your African Body.
7. Develop cultural and holistic approaches to health.
8. Become aware of our mind-body relationships.
9. Familiarize yourself with the mysteries of melanin.
10. Begin to understand and to interpret religious imagery.
11. Learn to honor the memory of our ancestors.
12. Learn to prepare yourself for war and peace.
